Now
that our model condominium unit at Harbour View Center is
open and on the Parade of Homes, I want to share with you
some of the comments that I am getting. First and foremost
is the fact that the overall impression is one of exquisite
craftsmanship and ambiance. Everyone agrees that one of
the major contributors to this impression is the outstanding
caliber of the woodwork and craftsmanship in the kitchen
and den, which of course were your areas. I have also been
told on more than one occasion that your product is exceptional
in its quality and normally found only in the major metropolitan
areas such as Chicago and New York.
Congratulations
on a job well done. You can be very proud of your accomplishments
on this project.
